Returns made simple

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• If we delivered the wrong item, return shipping is on us.
• If the item you received is correct, return shipping is paid by the customer.

How to start a return

Email us at support@toweldistrict.com and include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Phone number
• Email address
• Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we'll reply with a return authorization and confirm the return address. Unless we direct you otherwise, returns are sent to:

Please do not ship a return before you receive authorization from us, as unauthorized returns may not be refundable.

After your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days. The 20% restocking fee; and return shipping, where applicable; will be deducted from the refunded amount.
