Yes. Many products include automatic quantity-based pricing. The more you add to your cart, the lower the per-unit cost. Savings are reflected at checkout with no coupon codes or extra steps.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping kicks in at $99 CAD for Canadian orders. Since we ship via courier services and not through the federal postal service, we cannot deliver your order to a PO box — please use a street address to expedite your delivery and avoid delays.
We ship coast to coast across Canada — every province and territory. Wherever your business is located in Canada, we can get your order to you. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Yes. We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee, as long as items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. If we shipped you the wrong item, we cover the return shipping. Email support@toweldistrict.com to start a return.
